The Palestinians and their forbearers the Arabs have had multiple opportunities to form a Palestinian state beginning with the San Remo Conference of 1920, the Mandate for Palestine treaty in 1922, the Peel Commission in 1937, the UNGA Resolution 181 in 1948, Camp David Accords in 2000 and Olhmert’s offer of 2008. In each case the Arabs/Palestinians outright rejected these opportunities to form their own state, instead choosing to wage war against either the Jews that lived in Mandatory Palestine or Israel itself.

It is clear that the Palestinian leaders and many Arabs and Palestinians themselves simply do not choose to live in peace in with Israel. Gaza, which was unilaterally handed over to the Palestinians in 2005 a complete energy, sewage, agriculture and housing infrastructure with high hopes of it becoming Monaco on the Mediterranean, quickly became a terrorist stronghold from which Hamas attempted and still attempts to carry out its stated goal of destroying Israel. UNGA Resolution 181, which called for the creation of a Jewish State and a Palestinian State based on what we now call the 1967 borders (the same borders Palestinians now desire in their two state solution) was outright rejected by the Arabs who instead sought only to destroy the Jews who lived in Mandatory Palestine. The Arab riots in the 1920s and 1930s, initiated and provoked by the Nazi supporting and supported Grand Mufti of Jerusalem, Haj Amin Al-Husseini , pointedly show Arabs would rather kill Jews than live in peace with them.

The facts support none of what you write and unfortunately, for both Jews and Arabs and the western world, show that the issue with Arabs/Palestinians IS SOLELY the existence of Israel and nothing more. Until you, people like you and the western world recognize this and whole heartedly support the Jewish State of Israel to live in peace and without threat, there will be no peace.
